SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PROCESSING TIMES:

While we work diligently to prepare your handmade goods, please allow us 3-5 business days for the processing of your order before it is shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not  include weekends or holidays. Our processing times are based off of the current number of orders received. 

Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update in the system. Average USPS delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic packages. This number could increase due to postal service delays. Once your package has been shipped, Magical Concoction Bath & Body LLC is no longer responsible. It is now the responsibility of USPS to ensure you (the customer) get your package. If you have any issues with your delivery (i.e. lost or stolen packages) please contact USPS directly as their customer service representatives should be able to assist you. Please ensure that you input the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you (the customer) will have to pay another shipping fee to have the package redelivered to you.

Local Delivery:

If you are in the Milwaukee area, during checkout please select delivery for local delivery. All orders placed on our website for delivery will be delivered on Friday's from 4pm- 6pm. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
At this time Magical Concoction Bath & Body LLC does not offer international shipping.

TRACKING NUMBERS:

Tracking number will be issued to customer after order has been processed. (3 business day)  If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours please contact customerservice@magicalconcoction.com.

DISCLAIMER:

Our Whipped Body Butters are all natural and during the summer months there is a possibility of our customers receiving the body butters in a liquid state. If this happens place in refrigerator until body butter is back in it’s solid state.
